On this page you will find several of Linda’s identifiable attributes grouped together. That is because each grew out of, intertwined, and fed the others. In many ways they are inseparable, one, part-and-parcel of Linda’s most obvious and enduring characteristic. If there is one thing this woman embodied, one thing to which Linda oriented to and then manifested, it was all about Life. Nurturing life, protecting life, connecting to it, cajoling life to grow, Linda epitomized “mothering” in every sense of the word. Whether it was nature and wild; plant, animal, or human; and oh my Lord, babies, babies and children of any stripe or variety, that was Linda’s thing, a fundamental rasion de ‘etre, her joy and her duty.
